If I recall correctly one of the first conversations you had with Jacobsen several months back included him getting back to you with details of their CURRENT operations. I guess he never did and hence my concern over PO Boxes. As for running a business with a fax machine etc that is fine and if they came forward and said the same rather than creating a debatable image they might be viewed with higher credibility - even so with "90 years" behind them somebody must have something that proves they exist beyond their own imaginations. As for the $1.6 m in capital equipment dont forget these as with everything VGPR are unaudited statements. Just once it would be really cool if they had one statement that you could take to the bank.

The mother in law says feel free to pop round anytime - she loves whisky and a nice cigar - I would advise kissing takes place first though :)
