Then my question is, EESO is selling the Algae remediation propritary product...then Dow, with established business in South Korea, acting as a "conduit" to facilitate the EESO transaction; OR,

Does Dow already has CONTROLLING interest in EESO, which needs to be FORMALIZED?

In short, what "role" does Dow play in that contract?
