This isn't septic tank enzymes repackaged...

Yes it is. This stuff is old, been around for years. The bottle I have sitting a few feet from me is made by a company that has been making enzyme products since the 1990s. There are lots of companies that make the same stuff, just none of them appear to be in hyped up penny shells except EESO.
There is no patent because Jared could never get one.
