The Company needs to act fast.{Very Fast}
For the [few] posters whom post on this forum [far] more whom do not are very angry at the level of incompetance of Mgt. Being {irresponsible} actions inregards to SEC requirments, Fed and State requirments Will not preclude as a defense against the author of the Press Release or the Failure to maintain filings or operate a publicly traded company {soundly}. The defendse of { I did not Know} is not a defense, unfortunatly being stupid can not prevent Federal, State actions, it just does not.

I would highly suggest having the Corporate Website up "live", the {K} from LookoutSilver filed and a paydate for Moly with in a Fortnight.{Fortnight BTW means 14 days}. Thus ushering in the long awaited Share buy back spree and JV buyback spree.
