THE {ONLY} Actionable EVENT the Company is doing IS in fact it is DRILLING. However the demerits with this Company out weigh this fact unfortunatly.

NOT following THRU on ANYTHING ELSE such as:
1/Being a Reporting Company 2/Dual Exchange By Jan 09 3/Paying its Judgement of $76,000 in Florida 4/Having a Producing mine In 2008 as stated in a PR in May 08 5/ 24 Press releases since 12/17/07 Stating a Website is going Live either {next week][this week][in a fortnight][shortly or veryshortly] before it goes live. 6/It is in violation of SEC regs for not filing a {K} from [Retaining} 65 Million dollars from sale of "lookout Silver mine" 7/It can not provide a dividen of the Molygold 620million dollar sale because it FAILED in Corporate Due Dilligeance to wrap up financial matters {prior} to transfer of deed and to compound its error it LIED to the shareholders on 2/12/09 when the Company indicated that the reason for no Divi paydate announcment on 2/05/09 was because its TA agent could not get it done however on 3/13/09 share holders learned thru the Companys own hand that in fact the Company was {In advanced Discussions] on stock restrictions with teh Buyer of Moly.

So as You can see a VAST list of strikes that Completly wipe out the meritable action of exploration from the Failure of Companys mgt to handle its Corporate affairs...
