I'm new to this so don't bash me to bad for this:
If they want to get out of the pink so that MM's won't control the price, wouldn't they go for a 200 to 1 split so they get to $2.00 a share rather then $1.00 that could easily drop below the $1.00 and get right back to the same place?

Unless they plan for a BIG ps to run $1.00 up after the split?
