Well as of 3/13/2009 the Company has Not at all changed its ways. It Lies when convienant. It states VEry Shortly or this Week for completion of websites. It throws carrots around like it is a Farmer to its goats Stating the Dual Exchange will be completed in January 2009 with NEVER A FOLLOW UP.

Unfortunatly, the Company is fast heading towards governmental involvment and litigation.
