So Stephen Lumb is very powerful with HGLC and Can make or break it? Or HE could Use the Company as a healing instrument to get permitted to Go back on the UK exchanges? he has however made ZERO attemtps to Correct Hunt Gold Corps Obsession of Lieing to Share Holders and Pumping This Stock.

As recently as on 3/13/09 the Company the Company was CAUGHT IN A CLEAR LIE OF DECEPTION when it stated it was in Advanced Discussions with the Buyer of MolyGold. However, We all know that on 2/12/09 the Company Stated the Transfer Agent just could not get it done!!!!! The PR from 3/13/09 clearly states that the Company is the CAUSE OF THE DELAY IN PAYDATE for Moly and NOT as it Stated on 2/12/09 that the TA was the Cause.

SO, NOTHING AS I have seen is that the Company nor the man calling teh shots at HGLC ergo Stephen Craig Lumb is doing the RIGHT THING.

Your Company's Management has elected to take the prudent and sensible approach which is designed to take the pressure off these third parties who will be responsible for the payment of these Stock Dividends. This approach by your Company's Management was decided upon in order to avoid any costly and time consuming mistakes being made in this Stock Dividend distribution, a situation which would not be in our stockholders best interests.

As of today, the Company is in advanced discussions with the purchasers of "American Molygold." These discussions involving restrictions on shares being distributed to our stockholders and various other scenarios proposed to us by external advisors to the Company, if successful, will resolve this issue for everybody's benefit and interests.
