This does not mean it's R&H... Could mean that it can't be finalized until a R&H deal is finalized.. Read my reasoning on the other posts... Although it could be what was stated earlier... (a settlement with large shareholders, 1 for 500 mil 1 for 1.5 bil,,, but I haven't researched that yet
