Most likely he is correct. He would be foolish to not advise in his disclosure and if he was? Advanced Cell tech would be watching him to ensure he did just that/

If he has picked ACTC as one of his picks going forward? he is doing the smart thing, the PPS will increase at 300% by end of 2009 and well most likely it will have a closing PPS at end of December of 60-95 cents.
