Yep, that's true, usually does!! What happens to the price after that is the biggy! Well we sure can put to bed the question on if their is sufficient enough funding to keep this company open for another year!!! LOL! We have until May 2009 before the meeting and then sometime over the next year for to company to consider when and if a R/S is even needed!! Gonna be an exciting year trying to figure this all out!!
