Legally it would up to the courts to decide but according to street justice he is guilty on all counts of scamming, lying, collusion with YA and other supposedly CD holders. So what ever comes out of this verdict he deserves along with the others from his inner circle whether they knew or not since I don't for one minute believe Dede has no knowledge of this scam by her brother. The only way I would believe her being innocent is if she jumped over Niagra Falls and lived. TS, his wife, members of his family, YA and Scamway management deserve to be rounded up and locked away for life.
