Buying and Selling?? What does that mean really? These figures really perplex me. It is always posted by longs who can't believe their stock didn't go up and then they dig up data to substantiate their whine. Refresh - - - For every buyer there is a seller and visa versa. Supply and demand is what ultimately drives the price as the buyers and sellers get more aggressive. The figures you are referencing are the buys at the ask and the bid, but that is irrelevant. The only thing that matters is the direction of the stock and understanding what perpetuates it. In this case, the stock is not moving up because people are willing to sell lower rather than risking not getting filled at a higher price. Sometimes, there is a big seller holding the stock down. You may feel it's worth more than the closing price, but that didn't happen today... Sorry
