Very nice!! I believe they will make-it however as long as intrust-rates stay where they are.So pay attention to intrust-rates and of course retail spending . Here is the deal the whole industry is waiting on this!! If its good i will be in alot of these reits stocks.

Going to be fun to see what happens.
