Gotcha,

Amazing what an investor can learn from making phone calls and speaking to others I agree.

I have learned that it is an SEC violation to not send the SEC a {K} disclosing fully of any income or revenue gained over five million dollars with 200 or more investors with in 30 days of said monies being gained. I also learned from these phone calls that not only is the SEC [very] interested, but the Florida DOR is as well! Yeah many interested party's coming to play now. Spoke with COHEN, NORRIS, SCHERER, WEINBERGER & WOLMER and they were very pleased to find out that Hunt Gold Corp now has the funds to pay them the 76 grand for a judgement against them as well!!
