I don't have any problems with enforcing the current laws.

The huge rally in the NASDAQ has been on the backs of the shorts and they've been hurting pretty badly as of late.

Regarding calls to replace the dollar: gold is getting killed and the dollar is marching higher. It's up over a percent today. I'm tempted to go long the dollar (leveraged) just to ride the short squeeze.

I would prefer a weaker dollar to aid US high-tech companies but it doesn't look like it is in the cards right now. Yes, there are a lot of fundamental problems in the US. But there are big problems with a lot of other countries too.
