Hey jk21, Gotta Love EBHI Amended Term Loan ("the Amendment")

"Amended Term Loan (the “Amendment”), including adjustments in financial covenants through the first quarter of 2010 and an increase in interest rates, which Amendment will be submitted to the Amended Term Loan lender group for approval."
