Roger is one of the leaders in securities work. He obviously knows the ins and outs of what's going on here.

He cannot possibly plead ignorance to the plan. He is becoming more and more involved. Obviously a good sign!

Yup, 99% of pennies are scams. I become more confident that CMKX falls in the other 1%.
