Good Morning Professor Chartinator!!!

Regarding EBHI, I am following your Alert and bought 18,000 shares @ .46...but I have a question needing clarification.
Is it a rumor that they are going to find a way cancel their debt covenants or is it a done deal in your opinion?

I realize that the answer will be the outcome that should be released in the 10-k which comes out next week...but what are your thoughts/opinions regarding the rumor/fact?
