2] While we KNOW that the Preffys MUST own MORE than 50% ,
3] Since NO wnbd Commoner Ever Voted On Anything .
4] So , Preffys can 'vote' Themselves up to 99+% OverNight,
5] For Free , if it is ever 'worth it' , To Themselves , Only
6] Like , if wnbd sells-out to [Private] SureFil ; Or , to
7] Any other part of "The wnbd Group". [Whatever that is.]
There is Only 1 'reason' why pinkys start+stay pink.
And , it is NOT 'Financials' , because pinkys Always burn
cash that they Only collect from commoners , to pay 'exec'
salaries + expenses. And , the wnbd fans don't even mind
the 'controlled' dilution , for many years , so far , and
continuing until BK.
And that Only 1 Reason is that pinkys Are ~'Allowed' to
Permanently Hide Their "Share Structure" ; Even Including

6] Which Guarantees to keep burning more cash , even faster,
until AT LEAST THE MIDDLE OF "PHASE #4" ,
7] Which Must [IOO] be AT LEAST 5 MORE YEARS AWAY.
So, the wnbd fans must just keep buying the common dilutions,
for many more years, to prevent wnbd's pinky BK.
Which means : [Since ALL pinky common 'shares' sink ~90% per
year , average , while they Must dilute the commoners , to
cover All losses + 'exec' salaries + etcs.]
Here's the Bottom-Line for wnbd buy+hold + averaging-down
longs. They Must Keep unvesting More New Cash , Every Year ,
for At Least 5 More Years , as they unvested Last Year.

pinkys Always Keep That A Big Secret , from 'competitors' .]
In other words , any wnbd long who Doesn't keep at least
doubling-down every 3-6 months , is reducing his 'percentage'
'share' of common 'shares' .
The wnbd 'execs' + day-traders + flippers + shorters All
Know their pinky long 'competitors' ; and it is all
documented + referenced [to world-wide University Studies]
on the US SEC's .gov website , for More than 20 years.
Finally , Mark This Post. We expect that wnbd , since it is
permanently pink [IOO] , to be Down another ~90% from its
recently-pumped peak [of ~$0.013] within 1 year , or BK ,
or "sold-out" ; Whereby , All commoners get $zero. Just like
our previous favorite , where longs contributed ~$40 Million,
in less than 2 years, and then moved-on to wnbd , like us.
Brick+Mortars with 'good stories' are by-far the Most
Profitable pennys+pinkys for shorters + flippers these days.
