It's about to get worse. We are in the lowest ARM reset point right now too! The second wave of resets are starting next month and won't end until the end of 2011. Subprime resets are a thing of the past, we have Prime, Alt-A, Agency, Unsecuretized and Option arms all coming into play now. With the job losses mounting we could see people who did everything right still lose their homes unless something is done.

We will need to see the dollar come down big and wages go up so we can compete and pay things off... like houses and credit cards.
