Thats why he should sell at a good price now. He does not have any patent protection. I understand why he has not applied for patents because the co. is too small to protect itself when they apply and large co. steals the patents ( reverse engineer and change a small portion) EESO does not have the legal staff & money to protect themselves. The Asians are reverse engineering the stuff - I will bet you on it. It is rough world out there. I hope he sells for some cash & stk of the other co. like Dow.
