While I think...for the moment...that $500M is on the very high side, you also have to consider not only the company, but what its products are. If EESO has a product that a buyer thinks has way more potential than that of any other company that may have been around longer and have more sales...that is part of the consideration in a buyout offer as well. What is the potential for the products the company has beyond that of what it is currently doing?
