The settlement agreement, if you can call it that, is ex10-3.htm, however, I would urge you to read ALL of the exhibits VERY carefully. It will take you some time to do it.

In a nutshell, the answer is a resounding No. We are on the hook to Daic for EVERYTHING right now (and always have been), thanks to Daic and Pattin.
