NRTLQ had low volume selling.. look at a volume chart...CEMJQ has 1/2 the shares of nortel..and had HUGE first and second day selling...

this thing is primed and could blow any day...

if you want a super low float q to watch ..radar FCHDQ at .02..only 8 mil float... went q same time as CEM..
