He is not trying to hurt shareholders, he is trying to protect them, and individuals who are considering buying into this stock. After so many years of broken promises time and time again you can only take so much. The numerous reverse splits that have occured on this stock have virtually eliminated everyone's investment, not to mention that they have changed the name and symbol of the company multiple times to try and hide it. Eade is a con man, the company is a sham, and the movie is not going anywhere and never will....all of course IMO
