Yeah been a while.
I noticed your board came back to life a while ago, been lurking since.
You guys are infinitely more sophisticated than moi, but I enjoy reading yours and IAC's views.
I have no real idea what is going on out there and wonder if the guys running things do either.

I got infected with a self destructive hubris last summer and paid for it.
Did a self-imposed, away from home, exile in my old career for a month to help me realize the error of my ways.
The issues associated with online trading are easy to stomach compared to living in some shithole motel putting up with the vagaries of a project in the energy biz.

I've got 15 "blue chips" I watch pretty close...I try and buy them on a red day and sell them on a green day.
Shaving quarters and if I get lucky a buck on s/t trades.
Lot's of beaten up stuff I am ok with buying these days and holding longer term - different outlook than you I realize.
Got a pretty good idea what it takes to live moneywise and what I can make out contracting so that gives me a weekly target.

Hopefully if things go south again I have sense to cut bait and run this time.
