Its not a penny stock, but Allis-Chalmers ALY is gettin ready to rip..tangible book value of 8.49, a little light on cash at the moment, but they just inked a deal with Rawabi in the Saudi Kingdom on feb 4, and they just got the annual downgrade out of the way on 3/5/09....this is one of those retirement stocks!
