You can Skip town with proceeds etc. But NOT responding to summons turns into CRIMINAL WARRANTS. Skipping town with proceeds is clear intent of fraud.

Running and being fearful for the rest of there lives would be better than recovering funds .... Looking over ones shoulder all the time? living in fear?
