NBIX v RPRX: Dropouts

As DewDiligence points out NBIX did not make any claims on a dropout rate.

You may have noticed that NBIX did [not] make any bogus post hoc claims that the dropout rate in the control was x times higher than in the treatment arm, which is what RPRX did in the recent Proellex PR.

The obvious and important reason, of course, is that use of dropouts or dropout rate is an unacceptable form of data analysis for the FDA. For NBIX, that means the dropouts were 0 with a dropout rate of 0.

But this does not stop RPRX from using this bogus statistic in their PR and marketing. RPRX is not honest and forthright about their trials for the simple reason to continue their scam.
