I watched a crime movie the other day, I won't name it because thats not fair. However, the premise of this plot was that it was the Crime Lord himself who was the rat, throwing members of his 'clan' to the authorities every now and then. It was " verbatim..A way to keep the Courts busy and the Public believing that the Courts work...everybodies happy!"

To attempt to prosecute the So called Top Cops is a farce!
Its fancyfull and flippant. The SEC has proven inept at prosecuting anything thats not got a market cap above $micro. And thats fine, if thats all the SEC were designed to do.

I asked a collegue why Market Makers have been taking the blantent piss out of Amnerican Investors all this time....her answer "because they can and no one is there to stop them. In fact the more profitable there desk is, the more they earn and the better the Y/E bonus...you do the math"

Closing certain bourses down completely to reorganise them?
