It is in the BK documents. You don't hire not one, but two lawyers from the same firm that charges nearly $1,000 an hour in fees to push a few papers at this stage. These guys are not just your run of the mill lawyers.

What does CC stll have left that they would even consider outsourcing? Call center, customer relations. For what reason? To stay in business. What business? I believe they are going to come out of BK and continue to run their web site or merge with another company. Yes, merge. They have a brand name. More importantly, they have web based infrastructure that would cost millions to implement. Look at Amazon. One of the most successful businesses today and they are strictly web based.
