We'd all like to know what the game plan is, but there's been very little to no information on whats next. Raley has the incentive in the shares he owns, and his and Watfords options, which are all underwater, plus another $350K they both loaned to the company out of there own pockets. No one knows what will happen, but as mimurray said, a R/S is in no ones interest.
