The PA Securities Commission filed a complaint, in Commonwealth Court, against Garland Harris, Safia Ellison, and Julian Gonzales, on 12/28/07. This complaint asked for: Motion for Preliminary Injunction and Order of Accounting. There were motions for discovery (evidence), etc, and legal wranglings, continuances..and counterclaims, by Fountain Capital; so now this case goes back soon to the lower court, for obvious punishment, and/or relief. I only wish the court record (case#289 MD 2007) would have published the 13 page opinion by the lower Court, AFFIRMING the PA Securities Commission's Order, whatever that was or would be, before Harris appealed...Wood™
