My thoughts are they are holding it back so the big boys, managers and there friends can buy cheap before they let it run. This is how the rich get richer they have friends that get them into investments right before they take off. I bet DOW is holding back on putting the EESO news out there so there top people have time to buy cheap. We will never prove it but thats my guess.
