I know that, but if the restricted become part of the os it would be dilutive to the price and the os. I think this is just some normal guy here that bought in the low .000s and have a boatload of shares. It could even be the guy that dumped 40 million at .05 last time. He could have bought back for all we know and have more shares than ever. I do NOT think any restricted shares are being sold that have possibly came off restriction.
