I am happy for you. I am telling you what happen to me. His assistant has always been cordial. The last time, she told me she was not allowed to fax anymore and I would have to speak to the man himself. He was not cordial and if you do some DD on him, he has been fined and/or reprimanded by the SEC more than once. He was down right rude. He acted like I was burden to him. I am surprise he continues be able practice his trade.
Mr. Personality contest, he would not win.

In the past, I have dealt with some Transfer Agents who would go as far as to say, "the company has not allowed me to reveal that info to you". When they start saying that kind of crap you know something isn't right. He was very close to saying that to me until I told him it was my legal right as shareholder and he is obligated to reveal that info to me. Otherwise, he may not have given it to me. When he goes on record telling you what the OS and AS is and it ends up being different, he is in major caca.

Like I said he has been reprimanded and/or fined by the SEC in the past. What does that tell you about his business ethics?
