I agree. If this deal works out it should be very beneficial to DKAM shareholders. I don't know if the rap music icons are big in China, but if and when those products are introduced there could be a good response in China (at least I hope). I'm also guessing this stock purchase by DKAM will cost more than 200 million shares, but not more than 300 million. If this is correct then it shouldn't be too dilutive as we'd be gaining tangible asset value in exchange for the creation and delivery of the stock. Of course, that might create a much larger float down the road but I would hope that for a period of time the shares would be somewhat restricted. I believe the key to making all this work would be whether this opens up any new lines of credit to DKAM. I think that if they can somehow create a way for cash flow or operating cash to materialize that their "business plan" will be a lot easier to implement and they could start seeing exponential growth. At least that's my hope here!
