I disagree about the 10-k, there was so much good information
in there. Forget all the numbers for a bit.

What good things did the 10-k bring to light for investors who had been seeking answers for over 9 months?

Here's just two items.

The daily penalty and it's termination.
The S-1 and the one filing that needs to be completed.
