Yeah. I would think with Q1-'09 almost over the Q4-'08 financials will be released shortly. Based on Q1-Q3 of '08 growth, I think that Q4-'08 will be excellent and predict 2008 total sales over $1M. Additionally, with this lawsuit behind them, their legal expenses should be dropping and reducing their operational overhead.
