Revenues and profits were up about 25% in 2008. Losses were 2 cents per share. This company has been building itself for many years, and sales are growing, it is about to turn profitable. They are cash strapped, but with increasing sales and profit they will be able to survive. This company traded for a few dollars for years and has had a gentle downturn and only recently (since financial crisis) traded for less than 50 cents. The de-listing dropped the stable price of 25-30 cents to a nickel. This a good company and it will be back up to 25-30 cents in no time at all.
