Not sure you need to encourage people to do that, it appears they've been doing that on their own. You, or the true believers may want to hit the ask. Not only would you get the stock at an extremely low price (based on what you've predicted), you'd allow the "flippers" to get out, a huge goal (so you've said).
With $35k in volume so far, it seems like some buying would be a fairly inexpensive proposition. Personally, the notion that everyone who posts about the $1 price "soon to come" has been and remains "tapped out" at 20 cents rings hollow.
