Why the caveats of potential, prospective etc..

Do we have serious negotiations with counsel present or advising or not?

Are terms being discussed? Are the two teams hammering out PR's

How much DD do you feel we still need for VERT to let this thing ride??

This is something with great potential yet here we sit undervalued again today.

Let the price spike, get out the shorts and make it too expensive for them to ride these "mini" rides and profit from the longs.
