Everyone was helpfull, don't get me wrong but that is the number and ext. i called and that was the first person i spoke to, not henry but a woman then i was transfered 6 more times only to get back to that extension and spoke to another woman. Guess it was lunch time, it was between noon and 1pm afterall. Just not a fan of pass the buck! It going from 38 mil to over 215 mil is disturbing and its exactly (pun intended) "Par for the course" with this company.
