After receiving this in my email yesterday about noon, i called the TA myself. The place is a joke you get the serious run around trying to talk to ole Henry there. After getting transfered 6 seperate times i got a woman that said to me.
Woman: " Didn't you call for this friday?"
Me: "No i sure didn't!"
Woman: "we are getting alot of calls about this company and you sound familiar"
Me: "No mam this is my first call to you, I bet you have been receiving a lot of calls"
Woman: "OK Henery is away from his desk I will have him call you back, I know he has been working on the numbers for this for a few days now but he does not have the final count on the shares"
Me: "So then the final count is not done?"
Woman:"Not as far as i know, but he has been working on it"
Me: "Well thank you and please have him call me"
I gave her my name and number, but have yet to hear back from Henry. Anyways here is the content of the email i got.
I just called the TA.

He said 150M shares were issued in certificate form and would be returned at some point.
