has Always Diluted the longing commoners ,
and 'set themselves up' with 5 Billion Authorized Shares ,
to keep doing it , forever [until the longs quit av-downing].

We [day-trading shorters] have 99++% confidence that those
5 BILLION wnbd AUTHORIZED SHARES WERE ALWAYS NEEDED , AND
ALWAYS 'VOTE'. EVEN PINKY "PREFERREDS" CAN'T 'VOTE' ,
UNLESS THEIR CONVERTIBLE 'SHARES' WERE PRE-AUTHORIZED.

And, if the [probably] 80+% Preferreds ever 'vote' to dump
too many new commons , that lowers their 'vote' to below
60% , THEY WILL JUST 'VOTE' THEMSELVES MORE FREE PREFERREDS ,
AND GET RIGHT BACK OVER 80+% , AND NOT EVEN BOTHER TO
MENTION IT TO ANY commoners.

[We think that is the 'reason' why the wnbd CEO keeps
stalling on mentioning Anything About wnbd's Outstanding
common 'shares'. Or, the newly raised "Authorizeds" [ioo].

If wnbd's 'business plan' made Any Sense , they would have
just gotten Real + "Qualified" PRIVATE INVESTORS , 2+ years
ago , Before the world economy started melting.

Meanwhile , the wnbd fans keep longing for the roll-over
of the first leaky wnbd soap stuff , in 1 rural lowes point ,
directly across the river from West Virginia.

And, the wnbd CEO can't even pretend it will be in March
anymore , or anything definite. Just "soon" , to quote the
wnbd CEO. HE DOES NOT EVEN KNOW THAT IT MIGHT BE "SOON" ,
OR EVER , OR NEVER.

And, that wnbd rip-off postage 'contest' , will surely slow
down the wnbd '6 Phase Plan'. We expect that it will be
cancelled from being promoted in Any big-box , that is owned
by a U.S. Corp. It's no wonder that HD + WM won't let any
wnbd soap slide into the U.S.A.
