Couldn't agree more OSS. I like the way the bid/ask have come together - I'm sure the company will be updating us in the near future. I agree w/TWS as well. I certainly wouldn't be selling now - the funding is the catalyst the company needed to get this stock off top dead center. As stated in last weeks NR, "Magnum is currently in negotiations with other parties to acquire and joint venture specific material and manufacturing facility operations. These opportunities will be elaborated on in latter announcements when the agreements have been finalized." Obviously these negotiations have been ongoing and I would assume subject to the financing. Presently the company is leasing the Magog facility. If it in fact "acquires" an existing manufacturing operation, that will increase the company's assets considerably and the stock price should acknowledge that. It stands to reason that we should be hearing about this in the near future or they wouldn't have put it in last weeks NR.
