audited financials for 2008
[c] a PR about the new product
[d] Update on the share structure

Dunno about you guys, i'm down in the dumps about this and really don't want to talk about anything other than the four things above.

Can we just talk about a successful doctor is trying to do the right things to grow this company? How about we listen to that Video Professor thing and imagine what it is like to grow a small company.

Have any of you out there ever tried to start a company and put it on the pink sheets? If I did, I'd sure be willing to accept bad terms OVER my company failing. If I did, I'd probably be willing to do 504 funding to get some 'word out' about my stock, to raise money, so that my company didn't fail. I'm sure Tirotta would take back some of the decisions he's made. If he selected the people he did business with based on any 'shady' thing they may have ever done, there wouldn't be anyone in the pinks for him to do business with.
