Steve, you started this thread with this post, I asked you if you read the S1 ? Do you really think JB has any leverage when it comes to financing ?

Companies DO NOT need to raise the O/S and/or A/S to survive. There are banks that review a company's plan and loan and very low interest rates if they can prove to the bank it will work. S3 should have done that...or they did and got shot down and either had to resort to dilution via increased share count or toxic financing
