I cannot see a company paying more than 5 times the multiple.

That would place us near .13-15 per share.

Even if the buyer factored future sales and sales contracts, 480 million dollars would be a number I cannot see anyone paying for a company whose mkt cap is under 5 million.

Am I missing something??
